The three dimensional wax forms are converted into silver master models through the lost wax casting process. The master pattern is then finished and adjusted for use in the production process.

Casting process needs a very good skilled labour ; our professional team are using the last casting machines.

They are carefully proceeding each casting process piece by piece.

The surface of the cast jewelry is finished using various methods. As the cast piece, the rough is first filed then, smoothed and finished with progressive finer grit abrasives and burnishes.

Laser welding is employed during some phases of the jewelry production. Concentrated points of heat are produced by a laser machine to add in jointing the cast pieces together.

The use of laser welding enables the economic production of certain types of the jewelry, which would not be possible using more traditional methods of production.

The final high polish finished in imparted of the jewelry piece through the use of cloth polishing buffs and polishing compounds of ever decreasing grit sizes.

The delicate and demanding task of stone setting is accomplished by our high skilled stone setters team. This task is further complicated by the differences in the materials which are set. Our setters are very skilled in dealing with all types of precious and semi-precious materials.

Before shipment, a final inspection of jewelry pieces is done. Diligence and strict quality controls are performed throughout all phase of production, to insure the shipment of high quality jewelry.
